LEBA is open to current, former or retired law enforcement professionals, & commissioned special deputies or reserves with arrest powers.  LEBA is also offering memberships to those handlers affiliated with a formally recognized SAR Unit and must be sponsored by a LEBA instructor after attending a LEBA seminar.

It should be noted that you do not have to be a  member of LEBA in order to attend seminars.  If you are interested in attending a LEBA Seminar, please email us and you will be put on our seminar mailing list.

Membership Requirements are as follows:

• You must meet the law enforcement requirements as stated above.
• You must meet the SAR requirements as stated above.
• If your application is accepted, you will be granted a probationary membership, after which you must be sponsored by two current members in good standing.
