LEBA Goals

• To provide the most complete & unbiased training to all members.

• To provide assistance to any agency without bloodhound resources, regardless of size or political issues.

• To maintain the highest levels of integrity in our work.

New and Updated Membership Requirments and Qualifications

LEBA is open to current, former or retired law enforcement professionals, & commissioned special deputies or reserves with arrest powers.  LEBA is also offering memberships to those handlers affiliated with a formally recognized SAR Unit and must be sponsored by a LEBA instructor after attending a LEBA seminar.

It should be noted that you do not have to be a 
 member of LEBA in order to attend seminars.  If you are interested in attending a LEBA Seminar, please email us and you will be put on our seminar mailing list.

Membership Requirements are as follows:

*  You must meet the law enforcement requirements as stated above.
*  You must meet the SAR requirements as stated above.
*  If your application is accepted, you will be granted a probationary membership, after which you must be sponsored by two current members in good standing.

To apply for membership please email us your address.  If, upon receipt your application does not qualify, your dues will be returned.  If you have any further questions please email us and we will gladly answer any and all questions.
